    I have bought a very ugly 30s bungalow that sits on a lovely big plot in the area I have wanted to live for a long time. I can live here as it is whilst I work with an architect to deliver what I would like long term. 2 bedrooms, a sewing studio, kitchen diner and living room, easy care garden with a greenhouse. I want to improve the insulation, add solar and make the place easy to lock up and leave so that I can travel. I am living here as is for at least a year whilst design, planning etc goes through at that point I'll to move out for a while.It's exciting!

    First payment of the new mortgage rounded up to £1000, need to find another £600 to reach my August target.

    I am having a break from Ebaying in August - I'm just not feeling it! No doubt after a break I will be back on it. At the same time I am paying off I am cash flowing paying architects fees etc, so yes I am still working three days a week for the next year at least ,BUT once everything is finished that is it, mortgage free and retired.

    Still striving to be mortgage free before I get to a point I can't enjoy it.

    Paid off the next £1k but it has been a quiet month, I seem to have lost the squirrelling gene. I did no selling and made no extra payments. I am cash flowing fees and other stuff for the changes to my bungalow but really I am much more motivated to get rid of debt than anything else. I need to get some selling done this month otherwise I wont be at £60k by Christmas.

    Thanks Tahlullah - I am NOT feeling it at present I need to get back on track.
