    Sorry this happened. Sometimes we might try to brush something off but unfortunately things like this can haunt you and really affect you long term.

    I think seeing your GP for a counselling referral is your best bet. Wishing you well.

    You could sue the cleaner, not sure if you'll get much money from a minimum wage earner in Egypt however (if they even have minimum wage laws).

    I'm always a bit wary going to the loos in the main part of a hotel if it's quiet around. Try to use your own room.
