What did Abbey say when you contacted them to chase it up?
I know they did have backlogs but that's still an unacceptable delay. Would be interested to hear their reasons for it.MFW 2015 #41 = £20,515/£20,515
MFW 2014 #41 = £26,100/£25,000
MFW 2013 #41 = £10,000/£10,000
Original MF date = May 2036 - MF achieved on 15 June 20150 -
I havent rang them yet, I was wondering if anyone had experienced this sort of delay before I start ringing them. Im gonna do it tonmmorrow.0

I rang them today and they ouldnt tell me why my money hadnt been transferred from th Halifax "I have very limited info in front of me" I was told "Its the transfers team who deals with this and they aint on the phone". "Ask the Halifax and see if they can tell you anything" (??????????????????)0
