Currently paying B.T £21.99 for line and 78Meg Fibre,so seems a great deal to me, speed is always at max,no problems whatsoever.


My 2% index inflation rise next year should be no more than 50 pence.

    Used to have a great deal on BT Broadband then with the arrival of BT sport prices crept up.
    Was paying £25.99 for what it seems others were paying £21.99.
    Received the email offer of the Ring doorbell to recontract for 2 years at my existing price, no thank you!
    Thought this is an opportunity to either ditch or negotiate a “proper” deal.
    Last week offered nothing!
    Last night after about 25 minutes on phone and going thru 2 people.
    Was initially offered £23.49, then the £21.99 after mentioning friends are paying this.
    No ring door bell though, after letting them read out the t’s & c’s are u happy to proceed .... NO !!!

    I’ll think I’ll wait for a better deal , was given spiel u halve 14days to cancel.
    Why would I sign up & then cancel, no ur alright thanks.

    Oh let just see what other offers we’ve got ....
    No ring door bell but you can have what you’ve got now for £19.99

    Job done - signed.
    No brainier -when I need a doorbell I’ll buy one!

    Thought about a ring video door bell but heard so many stories of them being stolen that I didn't bother.
