  • Thanks Waamo, presuming they do the above...what's the next step?

I followed the guide but can't see that part.
Do I then go to second stage appeal with Popla or can I ignore it?

If POPLA is on offer take it. That is where tickets get cancelled.

POPLA is in post #3 of the sticky thread.

  • Thanks for replies but I'm not sure whether I should or can go Popla route as I don't have a POPLA code.

What harm would it be to leave it alone now?

You could be sued, UKPC sue people. Much more stressful than simply winning at POPLA!

Wait for your rejection letter & POPLA code then.

  • But it’s been over 35 days.
Sorry I’ve read the sticky about 5 times and I’m still confused.

But it's been over 35 days.

So what? 35 days is not set in stone, and the PPC have the 'excuse' that they wrote a holding letter delaying it. The BPA would say taking longer than 35 days is OK, if you complain.

Wait for the inevitable rejection letter and POPLA code later this month.

See post 21 earlier in this thread.
  • I've gone to Britishparking.co.uk and about to submit a general enquiry saying:

    "Hi,
I am the keeper of a vehicle which received a parking charge notice from UK Parking Control Ltd.

I contacted them by email disputing it and received an automated response.

Since then I've not received a POPLA code or any communication by email, phone, letter.

The reference number on the automated email I received from them is 136557xxxxxxxx.

    Please advise my next steps."

    Hopefully this is right?!

    Send it if you like.

I would just wait patiently for the inevitable PoPLA code.
