Double entries in credit file

I along with my wife applied for our first Mortgage with Santander. I was checking my credit file today and it shows double entries for the checks done by Santander. One with my correct details but the other one has my address incomplete. Two hard checks, two soft checks and two entries in financial associations with my wife. There should ideally be one entry for each checks. Not sure why these are duplicated with my incomplete address. Same thing in my wife's credit file too.I reported it using the need help link in the credit file but it says experian might take upto 28 days to respond. I am getting a bit worried. does someone know if there is any other way to contact experian from credit club.
Thanks.
Thanks.

It's not of any particular concern, so just wait to see what Experian come back with. Multiple checks are to be expected.0
