For my money this is good reason to avoid Ovo for the foreseeable future. It's hard to imagine anything but chaos for quite some time.

I don't like SSE, about 2 years ago I was transferred to them without wanting it by my current supplier and SSE refuses to let me leave and rude to me on phone.0
