IPA loans control

I made an overpayment to my Santander mortgage two weeks ago . The payment went through ok.I made another payment on Thursday and it was returned IPA loans control. I am allowed overpayments.
Any ideas why this happened.

Presumably, Santander are the best placed people to tell you why this has happened. Have you checked the T&Cs of your mortgage to see what level of overpayments is allowed?0

That makes sence .I did make two payments on the same day but from different accounts ."Do not regret growing older, it's a privilege denied to many"0
