Ryanair hiked up price for priority bags?

Apologies if this has been discussed. I have just looked on Ryanair for some flights i wanted and they have put the price up from £6 each way to £9 each way?

When did this change happen?

  I don't take baggage but here is the table of fees from their website.
  https://www.ryanair.com/gb/en/useful-info/help-centre/fees
  It looks as though the baggage fee is variable ??
