Just to add ...... a thread on here regarding the fake £60

    12th June 2019
Southampton court threw out a case from BWLegal because of Abuse of Process regarding the fake BWLegal add-on. READ ALL ABOUT IT .... POST #10

Read what the District Judge said .... ABUSE OF PROCESS

Wow, that is interesting! Certainly adds to my case. Should I amend anything in my draft defence to reflect this?

Yes you can add this ending instead of your #7 onwards:

Each paragraph needs a separate number of course.

Show us how it looks in its entirety, and I might use your defence as a NEWBIES thread example, as we need to replace a few of the older links there. I'd like one that really pushes the mendacious costs issue and suggests parking firms are vexatious litigants, because they are.

You know from baregpole's Court Procedures post (in the NEWBIES thread under the red heading about 'what happens whe') that the DQ is next, and how to complete that form.
