Sorry didn't mean on this site necessarily to ignore, it's from what I've been told and seen around.
I’m afraid ‘the man down the pub’ has and continues to place a lot of people in significant financial danger. He has cost people their jobs and their homes with crap advice about private parking charges!

Tell him when you next see him. :)
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Send me a PM if it isn't cancelled within the week and I'll try to get some pics for you.

Most definitely thank you for the offer!
I've also found the receipt which validates the time and spend at that branch so Tesco have offered to help should HV refuse that appeal template I sent off. Highly unlikely from what I've seen but it's good to know there's plenty of options available should it go tits up

    Hey guys

Just thought I'd keep you updated on this one. Just had what can only be an automated response from HV and the claim has been cancelled in full!
Thank you very much for your advice! Very much appreciated!

Well done, and thanks for letting us know. Keep the cancellation safe for the next six years.

My cousin/SiL had a barney with the manager of that store over parking and got herself banned from the premises as a result. Good for her.

That's why I know about it and which supermarkets nearby aren't infested by parking scammers.
