Hi. I was wondering what the outcome of your text messages were?
Thanks
Ring up the bank and ask about your complaint. For the fourth time, nobody on here works for RBS nor could they tell you what the texts mean, nor does the OP's situation apply to you. It's a necropost. Away you go. If I said black, you would say white. Good night.
It's worth checking the user profile to see when they last logged in (applies to the guy bumping this older thread as well) before posting, they may still be active, even if the post is older. In this case, OP hasn't been back:- Last Activity: 24-12-2018 3:03 PM

Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
