This may be a total coincidence but a few days after I asked TSB on Twitter how I should contact them for a SAR, they actually sent a final response & a cheque (about 6 months after I submitted the complaint).0

Looks like someone didn't adhere to the monthly naming convention when creating news stories, I think there was a similar issue on another news thread yesterday....0 -

I recently could not access my account to pay credit card off, £26. I complained and was told to ring 0800 number. Explained by email that cannot access 0800 numbers from Australia. They proceeded to charge £12 per month (3months) and have destroyed my credit rating. I have now paid it off, (£63). I clearly had the means to pay it off from 2 further TSB accounts. Advice anyone?0
