  • Update -

    Revived SAR from Parking Eye

Turns out they enforced the CCJ after I had moved out of the address and the warning letter prior to that was also sent after I moved house.

Would anyone be able to advise next steps please?
  • I complained to my MP and to Sir Greg Knight
  • Post 16 told you EXACTLY what to do, based on the info from the SAR - such as what car park it was

You now know this, but havent told us this rather impotrant detail.

Go back and read post 16 again, then tell us what YOU think you should do based on the info YOU have and the steps in post 16
