Cashing in Chinese Travellers Cheque in USD

Hello everyone,
I found a 100 USD traveller's cheque issued by the Bank of China from travels many years ago while going through some old papers today.
Given that the USD - GBP exchange rate isn't terrible at the minute I'm thinking of cashing it in.
Given that it was issued by the Bank of China can anyone think if I would I have any problems cashing it in?
Also, where would I get the best rate? I've not used a traveller's cheque in so very long and I've never cashed one in this country.

Do you have any plans to visit a country that uses the US dollar? If so, perhaps take it with you and cash it there.
Otherwise, you could try any currency exchange bureau and see what they offer you.0 -

Alas, not in the foreseeable future and I've already had this cheque for about 15.years! :rotfl:
