Is there anything I can do, a company contacted me regarding marketing, after i instructed them to only contact me by email. I asked to speak to a manager, but none available, said they would call me back today, (they did not). Is there anything I can do?

You told them not to call, check your inbox.trinidadone wrote: »said they would call me back today, (they did not).0 -
Here's the best thing to do
1. When they call again
2. Put the phone down
3. if it happens again after that repeat from step 10 -

But you are attempting to complain that they shouldn't call you!trinidadone wrote: »i was told a manager would call me, they did not.

Is it related to the card and your cancelled DD?
You were advised in that thread to pay off in full to avoid charges!trinidadone wrote: »Just telephoned the credit card company, I had taken out the credit card last year, and had a interest free payments until may this year, I only started using the card not long ago.
First time i have actually paid interest on a CC. I could not pay the balance off on the phone, as the card company have a restriction on the amount you can pay. I have just logged onto my online CC account, and paid in full. I have also closed the account.
I have cancelled the min payment DD and I will need to pay the interest again (£13.00 roughly). Thanks for all of the advise.
I have other cards, so I will need to check the interest free dates for purchases, which are next year.
Thanks again all

I've had this - completed online forms for information (to be sent a brochure), selected the 'no contact' option, and then received phone calls. I'm afraid they get a mouthful from me when they do this.:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls
