Natwest's app was pointing customers to its service status page for information, which was helpfully displaying this:

Note to Natwest: don't put all your eggs in one basket.

How did we cope before online banking?

Every considered they might have had an attempted cyber attack and they've closed their online services until it is resolved.

Whilst it is inconvenient it is not the end of the world.

I'm getting an error when I click online banking on NW.
Need to transfer some money urgently, does anyone know if I can do this by calling them.. are their phones working?
