Well you have posted exactly the same thing on two threads now - after being politely told not to the first time.Justice13075 wrote: »Which charm school did you go to NOT. Sometimes people when asking for help post in the wrong place but that does not excuse the tone of your reply.
Why are you surprised that people become more abrupt?0 -
So BW Legal have finally acknowlegded my original letter and have stated the case is on hold while they consult with NCP. Should I continue to build by CC defence in time for the upcoming deadline or wait until BW Legal get back to me?Building my kids' savings from day one. Education and consistency are key to financial control.
Budgeting and using referral codes have been a game changer, I no longer pay for my dog's food.0 -
Your choice - how long will you need to construct your defence?
Don't miss the court deadline you have been given!0 -
If you hear nothing, and havent written your defence, that sounds like a crap place to be
So a prudent, entirely obvious course of action, is to continue writing your defence.0 -
It won't do you any harm to do so and add in that they have issued two claims for the same event.
Since this is an abuse of the court processes put that in too. So far they have likely breached the Equality Act and are now abusing the court process. So feel free to put it all in and add that the behaviour of the claimant is contumelious with regards to their approach to the court and other court users. This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
