    In fairness to O2, we're complaining about something that we actually wish companies would be more transparent about.



    Plenty of good will come from this - people who do not regularly switch are more likely to do so, and switching is in my experience a habit. When they're inevitably (if less transparently) ripped off by their new provider in 12 or 18 months' time, they'll be more likely to switch again.
