Evening all
Glad to hear Mr Bubbs is okay. Awwww Tweets your doggy is so cute!
Been over to Coventry today- I persuaded OH to take me to get my Wasps shirt printed. There was a big Tesco there as well so stocked up on some bits I was running short of. Still 100 percent on plan- away at OU student conference next weekend and full of plans to be good and go to the hotel gym etcwhen in reality I have six bottles of cider in my case and those babies are 4.5 syns each :rotfl: Plus I have never yet been good
However there seems to be a theme this year of !!!8216;dress in a manner fitting to your subject!!!8217; and as mine will be Sports Science that will be me hiding underneath my rugby shirts. And as my rugby shirts mostly once belonged to a 6 foot tall, 16.5 stone prop with enormous shoulders I can very much hide in them :rotfl:
Todays menu:
B: 3 x SW sausages, peppers, onions and tinned tomatoes with extra frozen garlic, decaf coffee with HEXA
L: HEXB HiFi bars x 2, pear, flat peach, bottle of Robinsons Re-Freshd (3)
T: Quorn roast, cauliflower, carrots, broccoli, mash made with milk from HEXA, parsnips roasted In Frylight, Bisto gravy (2) 4 x mini meringues (4) blueberries, Light and Free yoghurt, water
S: 3 x Broghies with remainder of Quorn roast (3) 3x tbsps LTL mayo (1.5) crisps (6.5)
Syns: 20

The last part of the wedding is next Saturday. So today we had the trial 'set up'.
so there will be two gazebos with bunting/fair lights, and rugs/blankets/pillows with long pallet tables (with glass tops), then four pallet tables/rugs/pillows elsewhere (for unsociable people). A large area in the middle of the garden with blankets/rugs/pillows. There is a long fence, that will be covered in picture frames, with a sofa in front, the 'oldies part' aka a normal table/chairs. Then there is the BBQ area, and the drinks gazebo... ooh and strings of fair lights and bunting around the outside of the house.... I've left DS1 a list of things to do before Saturday, so it should be a case of turn up, the boys can set outside up, and I'll do the food (today I have found out that DIL does not do cooking...:eek::eek:)
I still have not bought anything.:eek::eek::eek:
Yes.
OH was trying to cut one into bite size pieces to eat .... the chicken was not going to say anything!
Oh SSM that sounds lovely.
Whilst we were away last weekend, we came across a wedding/ reception being set up similar to what you've described in some woods and it looked so romantic .....I was wondering if I could hang around until the bride turned up but hubby was having none of it!
I did enjoy the Chinese but I know I've got to be really good now...which weirdly I find helps.
Have a good night all x0 -

Ah thanks for the offer but I doubt your son & dil wants some random woman turning up lol.
(Is it stalkerish to admit I googled to see if I could find pictures afterwards of the wedding in the woods? If it is then I didn't.......)0 -

As it is for extended family, and he has been abroad for 11 years..... he will not know who is family and who is not!
I think it is perfectly normal I would have googled it!:D:D:D

Hopefully Mr Bubbs is feeling a bit better today, not a great holiday for you both.
Had an upset tum yesterday morning but boy did I get the munchies yesterday evening, could have gone so very wrong but I managed to have free food, so kept it in check.
Had planned to spend the day prepping, but as I made my first Christmas cake, I "lost" the oven for a few hours which put me off track. However, I did make meatballs, which I have not had for a while, cook a chick, made today's salad for lunch & cook some rice to have with the balls. Hopefully, that will take me a good way into the week.A smile costs little but creates much0 -
Good Morning :hello:
I see we have :spam:0 -
