Hi,
I'm not sure if this is the best place to ask this question, we are hiring a band and they've quoted an additional £250 for the hire of their generator, does this sound about right?

The band require the generator. They have come in at what I think is a reasonable price for their services but wondering if they've done this knowing there are extra fees such as hiring a stage and hiring a generator off them (someone they work with)0

I was a little surprised this morning when I got the call from their PA guy. Paying extra for stage/marquee I kind of expected as we want them outdoors, but I hadn't factored in another £250 on top. It's only a housewarming party and we definitely don't have a huge pot!0
