MIB if both drivers uninsured?
Hi, this isn't for me, but just a query to see if anyone knows for sure...
The MIB is for people to reclaim losses following an accident caused by someone without valid insurance. If the driver not at fault is also uninsured, can they claim from MIB? struggling to find info on their website or online about it. I know we'd all prefer that both drivers be out of pocket, but do MIB enquire about a claimants own policy?
Thanks in advance

I just think if you are going to use a TLA that isn't widely recognised then you should spell it out the first time you use it.0

To be fair the op did explain what the Motor Insurers Bureau were for in his post.0

Sorry. The use of "the MIB" made me think it was an acronym. Apparently, it isn't (although it probably was originally)0
