Appeal site wont acept my VRN

Hi,
Euro carparks wont accept my VRN on the appeals page it keeps saying :-
"Please re-enter the correct Vehicle Registration Mark. The information currently given is not correct - please re-enter with the correct information in order for your appeal to be logged and processed."
The ticket came through the post and is titled NOTICE TO KEEPER (ANPR) should I ignore seeing as I cant appeal against it online, or should I rely on the post?

How long since the parking event? Have they had time to enter the details on their system, perhaps?

Go to their 'Pay Your PCN' portal and check whether there is any record/amount showing.

You need to be taking time and dated screen grabs of all these issues - they may be useful to you in the future.

I would send a complaint to Steve Clark at the BPA:

    steve.c@britishparking.co.uk

(but try changing a O to a 0 first to see if that works).

This is an entirely unregulated industry which is scamming the public with inflated claims for minor breaches of contracts for alleged parking offences, aided and abetted by a handful of low-rent solicitors.

Parking Eye, CPM, Smart, and another company have already been named and shamed, as has Gladstones Solicitors, and BW Legal, (these two law firms take hundreds of these cases to court each year). They lose most of them, and have been reported to the regulatory authority by an M.P. for unprofessional conduct

Hospital car parks and residential complex tickets have been especially mentioned.

The problem has become so rampant that MPs have agreed to enact a Bill to regulate these scammers. Watch the video of the Second Reading in the HofC recently.

and complain in the most robust terms to your MP. With a fair wind they will be out of business by Christmas.

Sorry for the late response but I thought no one had replied.
Right : The parking event occurred on 20/03/2018 and they've already got the details on the pay page (with a £2.50 charge for paying online?1)
    it was Euro car parks.
I've tried the site again but still no joy, they can send an invoice but wont let me appeal.

You need to correct that date, unless you are a Time Lord.
I married my cousin. I had to...
    I don't have a sister. :D

Have you checked that the VRN on the NTK is correct. As suggested earlier, have you tried changing 0 for o or I for 1 on the website.

What happened when you complained to the landowner?

OK, so come back & tell us what happens when Steve C investigates this one.

You won't be paying, online or otherwise.

NTK seems all correct, there is no 0 or o in my reg it is however a private plate (I bought the car like that) consisting of 4 letters and 1 number.
Should I send an appeal via post instead?
I don't know who the landowner is all the NTK states is that the vehicle entered a Matalan.....
Looking at the invoice again it states that I have 14 days to pay at the reduced rate after which I must pay the full amount, that surely isn't right.

No, no rush, you have 28 days. First, ask Steve C why the appeals system is failing you.

Yes it is, the usual trashy bribe. NO-ONE READS THAT BIT, did you miss this in the NEWBIES thread?
Q - ''My PCN says the 'fine' will go up after 14 days, so why are you suggesting I wait before appealing?''

A - FORGET THE '14 DAYS JITTERS'. THE SO-CALLED 'DISCOUNT' IS A BRIBE NOT TO APPEAL - YOU CANNOT DO BOTH - BUT WE ACHIEVE 100% DISCOUNT IN ALMOST EVERY CASE.

All normal, and we've said three times now to complain to the BPA about the appeal issue.
