Who exactly is asking for £85?

Have you read post #4 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread?

It's from Euro car parks a 'final notification letter' yet I've already appealed the ticket?

What happened to your POPLA code/rejection letter after you appealed, and if you never got a POPLA code, surely you emailed Steve Clark again?

I never got a POPLA code or rejection letter, as far as I know my appeal is still going forward?

All I've had recently is the Final notification letter

    to me

    BPA-13744

    Parking Charge Notice: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

    Dear Mr XXXXXXXXXXXX,

Thank you for your patience whilst we contacted Euro Car Parks for further information.

Euro Car Parks have reverted back to me to advise that they responded to your appeal on 02/05/2018

(THEY DID NOT, I RECEIVED A REJECTION EMAIL ON THE 13/07/2018)

!!!8211; please find a copy of the appeal rejection attached which also contains a POPLA Verification Code.

(EXACTLY THE SAME AS ABOVE BUT WITH A DATE OF 02/05/2018 AND A DIFFERENT POPLA CODE)

As you are not in receipt of this, as a gesture of goodwill, Euro Car Parks have made the decision to issue you with a new POPLA Verification Code (which is valid for a period of 28 days).

Your new POPLA Verification Code is: XXXXXXXXXXX

I trust that this information is of assistance to you.

As I have not identified a breach of our Code of Practice, I have closed this investigation.

    Kind regards,

    Emma-Louise Ford

Haven't read all 38 posts but you now look to have a popla code

#3 in the FAQ covers Popla appeals

Construct yours and put the draft up for comments before sending it

Edit your post to remove details that will identify you especially your popla code

You have until 10th August to do plenty of research on previous ECP/POPLA cases from which to construct your own. Post it up here for critique before submission.

Take your time - get it right!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Can I just ignore POPLA seeing as it will probably fail anyway?
