Save Water Save Money - Wrong shower head advertised?

Hi,
A couple of weeks ago I ordered some products through the Save Water Save Money including the Mira Nectar shower. The picture on the website looks exactly like this 4-spray one on the Screwfix website: https://www.screwfix.com/p/mira-nectar-shower-handset-n-a-chrome-90-x-193mm/97958
However, the one I have received is this single spray one: https://www.screwfix.com/p/mira-nectar-shower-handset-n-a-chrome-90-x-193mm/44468
Has anyone else bought these shower heads expecting the 4-spray version?
