    I've not claimed on my buildings insurance since 1992.

    Doesn't mean it's not worth having.

    Mine too.

    But judging by all the S75 threads (which is different from chargeback), there are plenty of people that do use it.

    I've had make section 75 claims twice after exhausting all other options. I was successful both times.
