Go big or go home. Spend the money and go to Sandals.0
-
Having spent 30 minutes on Jamaican soil I would never consider a holiday there.0

Sandals is fine if you are going without kids, you don't say who you are - family, oldies, youngies......when are you planning on going and do you have a budget. They are VERY different places. What do you like doing?0

Barbados go the boatyard beach excellent0

I would go to Jamaica, enjoy the reggae and rum! Don't stay in a resort (they're the same the world over), stay in normal hotels and hostels in different parts of the island and absorb the local culture.0

Last time I checked, my government was telling people to only go to resorts due to the latest crime epidemic.
We were in Jamaica about three years ago and were pretty much the only tourists on the streets of Ochoa Rios. Some friendly locals kept trying to sell the husband locally produced smoking materials when he asked for directions to a tabaconist0 -
We will be coming from Orlando with our 11 year old daughter - recovery time!!Private Parking Tickets - Make sure you put your Subject Access Request in after 25th May 2018 - It's free & ask for everything, don't forget the DVLA0

Is there a reason you have restricted yourself to those three destinations. There are a plethora of amazing places in the Caribbean, not least; St Lucia, Antigua, Grenada, Turks & Caicos.
It really depends on budget and what you want to do. If you want to laze on a beach all day and do nothing then it probably won't matter where you go. For history and beaches I would take Grenada over any of them. Antigua is our favourite (we have a house there) and St Lucia is stunning for scenery. Barbados is more expensive for the same as some of the other islands offer and some of the beaches aren't nearly as lovely as they were some years ago.
If you just want recovery time after the parks of Orlando, there are some terrific resorts on the coast of Florida, from Clearwater down to the Keys. It will save you the flight and you still feel like you're in the tropics.
You haven't said what time of year - if it's during school holidays then be mindful that the summer hols will most likely fall during the hurricane season.0 -
Summer Hols, restricted to these three, as LGW for coming back is a non starter.
Will be flying with Virgin as have the miles

Not sure why you are restricted to those three. You don't seem very forthcoming in answers.... makes it difficult to help.
My last input will be that you need to look at the weather in the Caribbean (double b single r) during the summer holidays, it is within hurricane season. I would stick to south eastern islands for hopefully best weather during those times.0
