LPG price hikes, what are my rights?

I have just received my third letter from Flogas in the last six months informing me of yet another price increase. Since 2016 the cost per unit has nearly doubled and is now over 202p per cubic metre! My bulk lpg tank is shared with three other houses. Is it possible to change suppliers? Will a new supplier take in the Flogas tank? Is there an ombudsman I can complain to?

Seems that you are on some sort of "District" heat scheme - Flogas installed the tank, and own it along with the feed pipes & meters to each house - With captive customers they can charge what they like and are unlikely to sell it off.
Read the agreement with Flogas to find what escape routes there are, if any.
When I first moved to this house there was a similar deal, but with oil.
It didn't take long for the householder's to realise they were being ripped off, and we each quickly installed our own oil tanks
However the rules for LPG tanks are very strict and they are much more expensive0
