I did point this out to them via webchat at least 48 hours ago. They said they'd sort it.

Looks like they “fixed” it by making it £18 a month.
Edit
Just clicked through and put the £18 plan into my basket. The £16 plan looks like an additional line for existing customers. Do you already have a monthly contract with Three?
If I add it as a second line it does go into the basket at £16.====0 -
I just had my confirmation for my new Three contract.
I agreed at £14, but note from the paperwork that the 'package cost' is £26 and I get a £12 recurring discount!

I have a similar thing on my 3 account. Might be a good idea to diary when your initial contract ends as I suspect it'll jump up after 12 months if you let it run.0 -

It shouldn’t, Three usually give an open discount (so do EE), the fixed discount for the contract term before reverting to full price is a Vodafone specialty.====0 -
No, but I ended a mobile broadband contract with them several weeks ago.Looks like they “fixed” it by making it £18 a month.

I don't see where it says it's only open to new customers, though.0 -

When I clicked through it was for a second line (ie for customers already with a line) not new customers.====0
