Looks like they “fixed” it by making it £18 a month.

    Edit

Just clicked through and put the £18 plan into my basket. The £16 plan looks like an additional line for existing customers. Do you already have a monthly contract with Three?

If I add it as a second line it does go into the basket at £16.

I just had my confirmation for my new Three contract.
I agreed at £14, but note from the paperwork that the 'package cost' is £26 and I get a £12 recurring discount! :p

I have a similar thing on my 3 account. Might be a good idea to diary when your initial contract ends as I suspect it'll jump up after 12 months if you let it run.

It shouldn’t, Three usually give an open discount (so do EE), the fixed discount for the contract term before reverting to full price is a Vodafone specialty.

No, but I ended a mobile broadband contract with them several weeks ago.
I don't see where it says it's only open to new customers, though.

When I clicked through it was for a second line (ie for customers already with a line) not new customers.
