Should Sky have informed me my deals had ended?

Sky have never emailed me to tell me how much the next month's bill will be. That's what "Your upcoming subscription costs" at https://myaccount.sky.com/future is for.
Funny you should say that, but I've started getting a text every month telling me how much my bill is going to be! I don't know why and I don't remember signing up for it, it just happened.
As for the OP, all the information regarding your account is on the link pawlala linked to, it gives you details of payments due for the next three months and what you're getting discount on, so they already have told you your deals were about to end, you just haven't bothered looking.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -

They did. They told you when you recieved it when it would expire. Your account (and bills) state exactly how much they expect you to pay.
Sky have told you. You just didn't listen.0 -
Your sky bill online has the billing history, along with the predicted charges for the next 3 months, which would highlight the rise.0

OP it's your responsibility for checking when your deal expires"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

Ferry... we have all been there. We think we get the thin edge of the wedge when we forget about something and feel someone else should have told us. Yep, this is your problem, but I very much doubt anyone here has not felt a company was to blame for something when they were, in fact, in the right.
These things are sent to educate us!0 -
