install a cd on laptop

Hi
Today i received my CD from eBay that i bought to repair my car. its a ford puma service manual CD
i put it in my laptop. a pop up box comes up with auto-run, I click on the run option but it fails
my pc asked me to check for a online downloadable software
on the bottom the CD it says
IF CD DOESN'T AUTO-RUN BROWSE CD AND EXECUTE INSTALL.EXE
im not computer person, just need know how can i run this CD, what best to download or just set it up so i can run it..
lol as above im no goo with PC's ill need a step by step

right click on the CD in My computer
select 'open'
you will get a list of folders and files
look for one named 'install.exe'
click on that0 -
hi i can not see a option for install.exe0

i have got INST16 EX_FILE 269KB
OR
UNINST16 APPLICATION 241KB
am i right saying the top 1 is the one i want to install and other one is to uninstall..
when i click the top one, Adobe viewer opens up and says file unable to open, search web for correct downloadable software0 -
Is it an original CD or is it a copy of a CD?0

have you got the ebay item number, would be able to read description then, also is it in pdf if so you will need to download pdf reader so you can view it.you should be able to download a pdf reader through google for free0
