Which cash mini isa?

I am looking to deposit £3000 asap, so that I can pay in before the new tax year.
Which cash mini isa account would you recommend?
I heard the A+L isnt great, due to the £25 fee.
The abbey was looking good, until I noticed it was a postal account.
Basically I am after the best rate (not just a 4 months bonus offer e.t.c) with online facilities.
Any ideas?

you have about 1 odd week left given weekends and bank holidays, if i was you i would open up any old ISA account just to get in before april 5th and then transfer it, look around the best are abbey postal isa at 5,35% and A&L, but wether they will be open in time for this tax year is another question
at the moment im with abbey and they have the best offer on the market in my opinion0 -

You already do not have time to choose! If you do not have any old ISA just open it anywhere, in your bank, for example, to save time with checks. The only important factor for you now is that ISA must be without ties and transfer charge. Then you can relax, make the right choice and transfer your ISA wherever you want.0
