Maxi ISA

Hi been offered a Maxi isa? by lloyds/TSB for Scotish Widows

got to put 7K in now and pay fees about £300 and they prebook another 7K worth for April with no fees
you have to tell them risk you want between safe and oh my god might lose all my money scale - looking betwen med to high risk for the 14K

is this any good??? not sure about Scotish Widow
