The ticket is from NCP it states..Parking Contravention Charge Notice.. No mention of a council on it at all. They want £50 within 14 days or it goes up to £100. The tickets violation is for..."parked in a pay and display car park without clearly displaying a valid pay and display ticket". Should I ignore it? Thanks.
Yep, ignore it and see the thread on 'what to expect' from PPC letters. The NCP letter-chain is clearly shown on there so you'll know exactly what letter will come next, the last one will be the PCS one I think:
