Depends on the card you're after. Could be anything between 2.25% and 2.90%0

Will the fee gather interest? The apr is supposed to be 6.9% apr but I mean the other fee, will it continue to gather interest?0

You need to be more specific. Which card exactly is it you want to transfer to ? Can you not use a card with NO fee ?0
