    No
MBNA Europe Bank Limited is a subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation
Barclaycard is a business unit of Barclays Bank plc
The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts.

Depends on the card you're after. Could be anything between 2.25% and 2.90%

Will the fee gather interest? The apr is supposed to be 6.9% apr but I mean the other fee, will it continue to gather interest?

You need to be more specific. Which card exactly is it you want to transfer to ? Can you not use a card with NO fee ?
