BT Sports Problem

Hi

Was wondering if anyone had any advice or encountered a similar problem. I have just set up BT Broadband and TV which went active yesterday. When I placed my order I checked that I would be able to view BT Sports on my TV and have an e-mail confirming this. I have not got infinity if that makes a difference.

Now everything is up and running I am not able to view BT Sports on my TV and when I try and add it has a bolt on has advised by BT the website crashes. I have contacted BT and I am awaiting a reply. The reason I chose BT as a provider was because of the sports channels.

    ....I thought BT had barred anyone from signing up to BT TV unless they had Infinity ????? Presumably if you are on an ADSL connection its not quick enuf for the TV service.

    Thanks I have done that looks like I will not be able to get the channels even though I checked when I ordered.

    Must admit BT Sport and BT TV confuses me as to what you can actually get .

    The only problem with BT Sport is the godawful commentators. Seriously OP, you don't know how lucky you are.

    Just a shame they didn't inform me properly now I have paid connection costs etc

    Looks like the only option they are giving me is to pay to upgrade to Infinity and to pay for another lot of equipment. Which I will not be doing.

    The other problem with it is that the only thing worth watching on BT Sport is the odd live premiership match, as far as I am concerned the rest is rubbish and I would never pay for it.

    Ask them to listen to the call vicki. They may give you an upgrade to infinity at a vastly reduced rate and free install.
