This is what I managed to eat with £15

Options
This is all home made
  • 8 portions of cannelloni :4 filled with ricotta cheese (sort of italian cottage cheese) and courgettes and 4 filled with white sauce and tomato sauce and mince
  • 2 loaves of bread
  • 6 rolls
  • 8 sweetcorn and potato fritters
  • 1 tiffin cake (8 portions)
  • 1 spaghetti with courgettes and cream omelette (8 portions)
  • 6 portions of turkey and mozzarella balls
  • 2 portions of potato mash
  • 1 pizza with courgettes
  • 1 pizza with potatoes
  • 2 portions of small cherry tomatoes with stuffing and mozzarella cheese
  • 4 portions of potato gnocchi (dumplings)
  • 6 portions of potatoes,mushrooms and emmenthal cheese bake
  • 8 crepes
  • 1 portion of chicken breast in white wine with sweetcorn
  • 2 portions of mince and potatoes
What do you think?I still have some in the freezer:D

I am actually uhm at 'work' now..........:o

but if anyone wants any recipes I will post them tonight when I get back home;)
I live alone and I froze most of it for the week to take to work and eat at night and to give to friends (hungry friends:D )

    hi yes it is similar to the one skintchick wrote but I didn't use fruit in it only digestive biscuits, cocoa, margerine, golden syrup and I added coconout since I don't like raisins but you could add nuts or anything else and then you just cover it with chocolate and chill and then the best part:eat it!;)

    p.s did a quick search and found out that 'tiffin' is an Anglo-Indian term for lunch or afternoon snack
