Energy Switch

Hi guys
Hoping someone might be able to help me as I have tried emailing MSE multiple times with addresses listed in their site but no one responds/I get bounce backs saying the email address doesn’t exist.
Anyway, I switched energy provider through the MSE energy club but 13 days later cancelled the switch as I saw a better deal on MSE. The provider I was going to go to cancelled the switch a month ago but I can’t sign up to the better deal on the site as it still says ‘Switch in progress’. The deal is not available directly with the energy provider, only through MSE. I need the site to reset and let me make a new switch.
