Costs to lay patio slabs

Hi there.
Looking to get a rough idea of costs to lay approx. 50m² of patio slabs – I’m just at the ‘figuring out when/if we can afford it’ stage for now…
The groundwork has been done, with a good base of compressed hard-core and I’ll buy the slabs myself – so we’re just looking at a cost to prepare the sharp sand laying course, then mortar and lay/point/seal.
Any guidance gratefully received.

The cost will be very little if you do it yourself. It's not a difficult job if you take your time and work methodically. Have a look here for inspiration : http://pavingexpert.com/0
