Hi
Please can anybody help. I've been googling and am even more confused than before.
We have inherited a property abroad worth around £60,000
We would like to get on the property ladder and would like a 2 bedroom flat for our family.
1)Please can anybody tell me what kind of deposit would be needed on a property that says £80.000 50% share so im guessing its full value is £160,000.
2)I had some problems paying off a loan a few years back and the late payments show on my credit file although i dont have a CCJ etc. Will this stop me getting a mortage?
Thanks Harry
