Very late PPC

Hi there
I have been reading all the newbies thread about PPC's etc and 1st stage appeal etc.

My worry is I have left it too late as I remember google searching old forums and relying on them to 'ignore it'. Reading these forums now i realise that is not correct.

Story is
PCN on windscreen: euro car parks on 03/05/14
NTK- 03/06/14
control accounts credit management- 06/08/2014
control accounts seeking to try and get CCJ- 20/08/2014

Can i still follow same process and do first stage appeal to PPC as described by coupon-mad? then 2nd stage after

Any help would be great thanks

Doesn't matter - you won't get a POPLA code now. Obviously ignore the junk mail from debt collectors.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

In order to send bailiffs they have to:

    1. Bring a claim against you
    2. Win in court
    3. You still refuse to pay
    4. They apply to the court for an order to send bailiffs.

    Very very unlikely indeed!

Nor could they "send" you to court, they're not the police! Theoretically they could bring a claim against you, but Euro never do.
