Pineapple will freeze in chunks or slices,make mash with potato put in containers and freeze.
Eggs can be whisked in twos or three's for cakes then frozen,better than wasting.
If you've plenty of freezer space, boil some spaghetti, cut some streaky bacon into squares and fry. Drain the pasta, whisk the eggs and pour over the pasta to cook and add the bacon and mix throughly. Grate some cheese to mix with it (the stronger the better), season with loads of pepper.
Poor man's spag carbonara, and you can freeze it after its cooled. Spanish omelette comes to mind if you want to combine eggs and potatoes, again freezable.
Mashed potatoes can be spread into sheets, cut and lightly fried to make potato scones, again freezable.
I'd never waste potatoes as their protein is good quaity albeit in meagre quantities.
Pineapples I'd not eat uncooked in any large quantity, they've some nasty enzymes (ananase, papain and the bromelanes) that can irritate your mouth and gut. I see on B00ts website that toys are 3 for 2 including most of the Lego range. What are the best points deals please as I see you have been mentioning some extra points combinations? I haven't really looked at B00ts before so am not sure if there are good deals to be had? Are there likely to be better deals along before Christmas on toys please? (Lego in particular)
