NSD for me today I say very proudly....went to the garage to have my brakes done and they didn't charge me.....and 2 free cups of tea....went to my mates cafe and had another free cup of tea....0

Bad spend day - was going to be a no spend day...
Discovered that the ants in our kitchen wall behind the units (ie very hard to reach) have broken through the filler I used to seal their hole. The b*st*rds. Off to B&Q to view their poison arsenal and then had to have a Magnum to console myself.
That wasn't the last of it either!

£5.00 on tracksuit top that was in the sale

NSD today - too hungover to go out
At least the hangover didn't cost me as much as I thought, budgeted £50 for night out and only spent £30 (and some of that was on food). Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -

My private barman (BF) has just topped up my glass of rose......yes, this means I must add to the spending tab of today........budget last seen orbiting Mars.....
£3.99 on a bottle of Tesco American Zinfandel (watermelon & strawberries) oh my God it's lovely....which is good as I was disappointed they had stopped stocking the rated Echo Falls.
£7.56 on 12 x 1 litre soya milk cartons - won't be having to buy that again for a while!
£0.88 on some bathroom cleaning wipes
£2.18 on some cereal flakes that I haven't had for AGES. As much as I like my own HM muesli, I'm desperate for a change!
As penance for my overspending, I have done much cleaning of the house and wiped down the garden furniture too :A.Bank Balance: In the black for the moment.

Hi all,
Am back from my holidays after a great week for me and a bad week for my bank balance......
Today filled car up with petrol and spent £3 getting milk and biscuits when I got home.
