Bad spend day - was going to be a no spend day...

Discovered that the ants in our kitchen wall behind the units (ie very hard to reach) have broken through the filler I used to seal their hole. The b*st*rds. Off to B&Q to view their poison arsenal and then had to have a Magnum to console myself.

That wasn't the last of it either!

NSD today - too hungover to go out :o At least the hangover didn't cost me as much as I thought, budgeted £50 for night out and only spent £30 (and some of that was on food).

Well done on all those who have had a NSD! :T

My private barman (BF) has just topped up my glass of rose......yes, this means I must add to the spending tab of today........budget last seen orbiting Mars.....

£3.99 on a bottle of Tesco American Zinfandel (watermelon & strawberries) oh my God it's lovely....which is good as I was disappointed they had stopped stocking the rated Echo Falls.

£7.56 on 12 x 1 litre soya milk cartons - won't be having to buy that again for a while!

£0.88 on some bathroom cleaning wipes

£2.18 on some cereal flakes that I haven't had for AGES. As much as I like my own HM muesli, I'm desperate for a change!

As penance for my overspending, I have done much cleaning of the house and wiped down the garden furniture too :A.
