Playing music on my PC

Ok its bugging me now. If i play the music on my hard drive i might as well kiss goodbye using my pc for surfing and stuff because it more or less grinds to a halt.

Hubby says there's enough memory and theres plenty of room on the hard drive, i remove cookies and do maintenance on it on a daily basis so what could be the problem?

  • What program do you use to play music?

If you open up Task Manager (ctrl+alt+del) and click on the processes tab, what percentages show for running processes?

Can you right click on your "my Computer" icon and then click properties. Then Click the advanced tab and where it says Performance click on the settings button, click the advanced tab again and let me know what the total paging file size is under virtual memory.
Will not spend more money:naughty:, but will spend more time looking for that great bargain!
