What's the best paying savings account that can send/receive faster payments

As it says in the title really. I've just switched to First Direct & must say from my dealings so far are a very well run outfit. What a joy it is to ring a bank & have a human answer on the first ring who knows what they are talking about too!
Anyway, as FD pay no interest on the current account what I'm doing is "stoozing" the free £250 overdraft. My big payments like mortgage & Halifax saver go at the start of the month, I then plan to sweep the rest into the highest paying savings, leaving the overdraft for the smaller bills & any cash I get out.
As a safety net I want to keep about £500 earning the best interest possible, but available to transfer over instantly, which is not yet possible with Kaupthing.
FD have an E-saver at 4ish%, there must be a better paying one that does the faster payments thing.
