I've never bought or sold a house before but there's a bungalow we really like but can't do anything about it until we've sold ours first. It feels like this... (one for the girls I guess
)
It feels like I've seen the last dress in a shop window but I've got to wait until payday to buy it and that's if someone hasn't bought it before me.
Just how do you cope with all this stress??

have you spoken to the agent dealing with this sale? if the people who own the bungalow are not in a hurry to sell they may accept your offer to purchase and give you a timescale to sell in,my bark is worse than my bite!!!!!!!!0

Bear in mind that it will take months for all this to go through, so you will definitely need some stress therapy - buy yourself a dress maybe? No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0

If it was a dress you could get them to put it on "lay by"......[0

But next season an even better dress will come along. No reason to get stressed about anything.
In fact next year I'm predicting dungarees will be back in fashion. But what do I know?0 -

Reminds me of when my daughter turned two, and a friend came round.
Daughter: Do you know why I am in distress?
Friend: Oh why?
Daughter: Because it's my birfday
Friend: But you shouldn't be upset about your birthday
Daughter: No, I'm in dis dress because it's my birfday - it's my birfday dressNo reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
Of course you can put an offer in, it doesnt depend on whether or not you have sold your house yet.Member no.1 of the 'I'm not in a clique' group :rotfl:

Just open your closet and look at all the dresses that were the one you once saw in the shop window.
Recognise:
1. Dresses are for a season
2. The next range may be even better
3. This years' must-have is next years mast-have-been-mad
Hope you get what you're looking for.CarQuake / Ergo Digital0 -
