I recieved the above email from Danone Evian yesterday16:40
great I thought my god-daughter can use it. Sent it on to her and then this one arrived sent at 22:08

Please accept our apologies for having troubled you.

So in true MSE style I found their free phone help line. Very Understanding lady should be getting back to me.

I got both as well, one yesterday to tell me that I have won runner up, one today to tell me that I havent :rotfl:
