Hi there
I am a commuter from Essex to London and am increasingly facing delays. The past 2 weeks have been the worst, with delays from 30minutes to 3 hours.
So, I decided I need to start claiming back on the delays. Some people use the Delay Repay Forms found at the station but these can take weeks to process (one of my commuter friends sent hers 6 weeks ago with still no response) and also they can only give you travel vouchers.
I have found a telephone number you can ring, you give all train delay details and your details in one go AND you can request a cheque instead of vouchers, this is better for me as I have an annual pass so dont vouchers.
Ring 0845 600 7245 option 6.
Hope this helps!!
